Bitu- Mastic is a bitumen rubber mastic joint sealer that only has one component. Once the sealant has dried, it creates a flexible and strong seal. It has excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete, masonry, and the majority of substrates made of building materials. When applied to vertical surfaces, the mastic sealant modifies it self to create maximum bonding with the surface.
